We know that you may have some questions before, during or after your interview with us. Below is a list of some of the questions that we get asked the most often.

Application Process at Skin Laundry

Our recruitment process can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks, but of course this depends on the complexity of interviews that are required for each role. For example, some of our technical roles have technical tests and coding interviews that can mean the process is slightly longer than others.

The first stage after application is a phone call with our sourcers or recruiters – this will cover an overview of your career history, your knowledge, skills and experience as well as your interest in the role you’ve applied to. This is really a time where we want to get to know you, it's also a great idea to have your CV to hand as well as a copy of the job posting you applied to. You can even have some examples of the knowledge, skills and experience you have gained in your career so far.

Depending on the role and location, you may be asked to complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment which should take less than 10 minutes to complete. We will use the results of your PI Behavior Assessment to compare them against a Job Target for the role you are applying for. This does not mean you pass or fail this process; it simply enables us to produce an interview that is specific to you.

The majority of our interviews are being conducted via Zoom video conferencing, with an in clinic component for our Field roles. Your recruiter and or hiring manager will coordinate date and times with you as well as provide in person location, and or dial in information to you prior to your interview.
