SKIN LAUNDRY LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: July 1st, 2025

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SKIN LAUNDRY LOYALTY PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) apply to your access to, and participation in, Skin Laundry’s Loyalty Program in the United States (the “Loyalty Program”), which is operated by Skin Laundry Holdings, Inc. or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (“Skin Laundry”). The Loyalty Program is designed to reward active members with points that can be redeemed for various incentives, including products, services, and packages. Skin Laundry reserves the right to change or modify these Terms or any policy, guideline, offer, benefit or incentive pertaining to the Loyalty Program, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion, which may be communicated on the Company’s website at www.skinlaundry.com or by email, in person, in-clinic postings, or other reasonable means. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Unless otherwise provided, your participation in the Loyalty Program, and all offerings and promotions thereunder, will be subject to the Laundry Club Membership Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Laundry Club Membership Terms and Condition, the Laundry Club Membership Terms and Conditions control. By participating in the Loyalty Program, members consent to receive communications regarding their account, including but not limited to point balances, expiration notices, and program updates.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Program is available exclusively to individuals with an Active Laundry Club Membership. An "Active Laundry Club Membership" is defined as a current, paid membership that is in good standing with Skin Laundry. Members whose accounts are suspended, delinquent, frozen or otherwise not in good standing are ineligible to earn or redeem Loyalty Points until their membership status returns to Active. The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. EARNING LOYALTY POINTS

3.1 Each Loyalty Point is equivalent to $1 when redeemed for eligible products, services, or packages.

3.2 Members can earn Loyalty Points in the following ways:

  • Qualifying purchases of products and services
  • Participation in special promotions
  • Referral Program participation
  • Birthday rewards
  • Membership anniversaries

3.3 Refer-a-Friend Program:

  • Members can earn Loyalty Points by referring new customers who subsequently join as members.
  • The referring member will receive 50 Loyalty Points ($50) for each successful referral. They will also receive an additional 100 Loyalty Points ($100) for each successful referral who becomes an Active Member. 
  • A "successful referral" is defined as a new customer who [Completes his or her first treatment/ signs up for an Active Membership]
  • Referred individuals must not have been previous clients of Skin Laundry.
  • [Members cannot refer themselves or immediate family members sharing the same household.]

3.4 Birthday Rewards:

  • Active Members will receive 15 Loyalty Points during their birthday month.
  • Birthday rewards are automatically added to the member's account on the first day of their birthday month.
  • Valid government-issued identification may be required to verify birth date.

3.5 Anniversary Rewards:

  • Members will receive Loyalty Points on certain membership anniversaries (6-months, 1-year, 5-year, etc.).
  • Anniversary points are automatically credited to the member's account on the anniversary date.

4. EXPIRATION AND FORFEITURE OF LOYALTY POINTS

Loyalty Points expire twelve (12) months from the date they are earned, regardless of membership status. For example, if you earn Loyalty Points on January 15, 2025, they will expire on January 15, 2026. All accumulated Loyalty Points will be immediately forfeited upon cancellation of your account, termination of your Laundry Club membership (voluntary or involuntary), or violation of these Terms. Expired or forfeited Loyalty Points cannot be reinstated, transferred, or exchanged for cash or credit. It is the member’s responsibility to track point expiration dates and use points before they expire.

5. REDEMPTION OF LOYALTY POINTS

Loyalty Points can be redeemed for qualifying products (in-clinic purchases only), services, and packages. The availability and selection of incentives may change periodically, in Skin Laundry’s sole discretion. Minimum and maximum redemption amounts may apply and are subject to change. Loyalty Points are not redeemable for cash, membership dues, gift card purchases, or products online. Products purchased with Loyalty Points cannot be returned for cash refund. Such returns, if permitted, will result in the returned points being credited back to the member's account with their original expiration date. Loyalty Points are non-transferable and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. Redemption of Loyalty Points is subject to availability of products, services, and packages. Offer(s) subject to change, and may be modified, suspended or terminated at any time without notice. Offers void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply.

6. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

Skin Laundry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue or cancel the Loyalty Program or any part of the Loyalty Program, at any time and in its sole discretion, without notice to you. In the event of a termination or discontinuance of the Loyalty Program or any part thereof, Skin Laundry may, at its sole discretion, provide members with an opportunity to redeem points before the effective termination date. Skin Laundry may provide notice of any changes or modifications to the Loyalty Program on its website or through email, in-clinic postings, or other reasonable means, but is not obligated to do so.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Skin Laundry is not responsible for technical failures of any kind related to the Loyalty Program, errors in point calculations or redemptions, or delays in awarding or processing points. Skin Laundry's maximum liability is limited to the reinstatement of improperly removed Loyalty Points.

8. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Loyalty Program is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.skinlaundry.com/privacy-policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference. By participating in the Loyalty Program, members consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. DISPUTES

Members must notify the Company of any discrepancies regarding their Loyalty Points balance within thirty (30) days of the date the discrepancy occurred. All decisions by the Company regarding the interpretation of these Terms are final. Any dispute regarding the Program shall be resolved according to the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement, and all documents and information incorporated by reference, contain the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties with respect to such subject matter. Except as otherwise provided herein, if any provision or part of a provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision or part of the provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
